Restaurant Hemel & Aarde, located in the same building as The Nox, pays tribute to the four seasons. Nature always has something new to offer, influenced by the sun, moon, and stars. No day is the same, and that is a major source of inspiration for chef Rene van der Weijden and his team. They respect the environment in their cooking and cook with common sense. The menu is determined by what the earth offers at that very moment. Day after day.

Good to know: Restaurant Hemel & Aarde and the Wine Bar will be closed for their summer break from July 16th until August 19th. Breakfast will, of course, continue to be served daily for our guests. Winebar Hemel & Aarde

Recently, Utrecht gained a new exclusive wine bar located within our venue. The sommelier team at Winebar Hemel & Aarde curates bottles from all over the world, featuring well-known wines from classic regions as well as hidden gems from smaller, lesser-known producers. Just like the bites and snacks from Chef Rene van der Weijden's kitchen, the wine selection changes with the seasons. 

If you book your stay directly with us, you can enjoy a welcomesdrink in the winebar after your check-in. The wine bar is open from Tuesday to Thursday.
